What we've built
An e-commerce business. AI extracts shipping rates from courier PDFs, and the system combines them with product weights and margins into rate bands for each courier, market and product-weight combination, then pushes them to Shopify.
A live product for automated AWS cost optimization. It finds the savings; an AI agent writes the infrastructure change and opens a pull request for the team to review.
